Bruno is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly helpful, efficient and patient, he answered all my questions with incredible expertise and speed (most of which were probably silly, but still) and helped put me and my fiancé at ease when we were applying for my visa. He kept an eye on the process, made sure that we finished our statements, helped me with a statutory declaration that was impossible to do from overseas. In short, he was very engaged in my visa application and with his help, we got it within 6 months of application!

Despite 10 yrs living in Australia, I was hesitant to apply for citizenship using the online application form due to the complexity of my work-related travel history requiring police clearance from multiple countries. The rumored 14-months processing time from application to receiving notification was also off-putting.
